Using filters to focus on the right work
Filters in Turnover Calendar help you review operations by focusing on the most relevant slice of information for your role.
Filters in Turnover Calendar help you review operations by focusing on the most relevant slice of information for your role.
You can review operations by:
- **Property**: Focus on a specific unit or group of units. - **Client**: A supervisor may see only the properties belonging to a specific client or property manager. - **Address**: Useful when multiple properties have similar names. - **Reservation or booking reference**: To locate a specific stay. - **Platform**: A coordinator can focus on a specific platform’s bookings. - **Priority**: The team can review only high-priority turnovers.
This lets different users:
- A supervisor: Focus on one client’s portfolio. - A coordinator: Focus on one booking platform. - The field team: Focus on high-priority turnovers first.
Clean up filters when data is missing
- Open **Turnover Calendar** and look for any filter indicators (such as active filter badges or chips).
- Remove or clear filters for client, property, platform, or priority one by one.
- Check if the option to hide properties without bookings is enabled; disable it if you expect to see those properties.
- After clearing filters, confirm whether the missing properties or reservations appear.
- If data is still missing after clearing filters and checking links, escalate to DOP support.
