Common problems and how to solve them

Frequent Turnover Calendar problems

Frequent Turnover Calendar problems

The calendar does not load

Verify that you opened the module from within DOP and that your session is active. Reload the screen and confirm there is no general connectivity issue. If the problem continues, escalate to DOP support.

A property does not appear

Confirm that the property exists in DOP. Check that it has at least one booking link configured if you expect it to show reservations. Clear any active filters and verify whether the option to hide properties without bookings is enabled.

A reservation does not appear

Confirm that the platform’s calendar link is configured correctly. Verify that the reservation exists in the external source. Check that the current date range includes the reservation dates. Clear filters for platform, priority, client, or text search.

Priorities do not appear

Confirm that priorities are configured and that priority rules are assigned. Ensure that the reservation is visible in the calendar. Remember that visible rules can include Starts Today, Same Day Turnover, Next Day Turnover, and Flexible Scheduling.

Cannot generate a job from a reservation

Check that the reservation contains valid information and that the property details are available. Confirm that services exist if you plan to select segments. Verify whether a job already exists for that reservation to avoid duplication. If the problem continues, escalate to DOP support.

Job times look incorrect

Review the property’s checkout schedule, confirm the reservation’s departure date, check the default service defined in the service rule, review that service’s duration, verify the time of the next reservation for that property, and review any conflict alerts shown in the calendar. Adjust job times accordingly.
