Add a property to Turnover Calendar

Add a property to Turnover Calendar

  1. Open the **Add Property to Calendar** option in Turnover Calendar.
  2. Search for and select the property you want to add.
  3. Add at least one **booking link** for this property.
  4. Specify the **platform** and the **calendar link** (URL or identifier) for that booking source.
  5. Save the configuration for that property.
  6. Refresh or check the calendar to confirm that the property appears and that bookings start to display as expected.

Edit booking links for an existing property

  1. Locate the property in **Turnover Calendar**.
  2. Open the **Set Property Links** or equivalent option for that property.
  3. Review the currently configured booking links.
  4. Add new links if the property is now listed on additional platforms.
  5. Edit existing links if the platform or calendar link has changed.
  6. Remove links that are no longer valid or used.
  7. Undo unwanted changes if the interface provides an option to do so.
  8. Save your changes and return to the calendar.
  9. Verify that reservations appear correctly according to the updated links.

A single property can have multiple platforms linked. The links modal allows you to add multiple booking links, each with its platform and calendar link.

This is useful when a property is listed on several reservation channels. By maintaining all links correctly, Turnover Calendar can show all reservations in one place.

Common issues with properties and booking links

A property does not appear in the calendar

Confirm that the property exists in DOP, check that it has at least one booking link configured if you expect to see reservations, clear active filters, and verify whether the option to hide properties without bookings is enabled.

A reservation does not appear

Confirm that the platform’s calendar link is configured correctly, check that the reservation exists in the external source, verify that the visible date range includes the reservation dates, and clear filters by platform, priority, client, or search.
