Open and review a property from Turnover Calendar

  1. Click on the property name or row in **Turnover Calendar**.
  2. Open the **property panel** for that property.
  3. Review basic details: property name, client, type, and address.
  4. Use the map or Google Maps link, if available, to validate the location if necessary.
  5. Review the configured check-in and check-out times for the property.
  6. Review associated services and the service rules for this property.
  7. If you need more details, navigate from the property panel to the full property or client profile in DOP.
  8. Update check-in and check-out times when they change in reality.
  9. Save or synchronize changes using the available option in the property panel.
  10. Return to the calendar and confirm that the cleaning window now aligns with the updated times.

Maintaining accurate check-in and check-out schedules per property:

- Improves the precision of the cleaning window in Turnover Calendar. - Reduces operational errors such as overlapping jobs with guest presence. - Helps estimate realistic time between guest departure and arrival.

Whenever a property’s policies change (for example, later checkout or earlier check-in), update them promptly so the calendar remains reliable.

Information to verify for each property

  • Property name, client, and property type are correct.
  • Address and location are accurate; the location link opens the right place if available.
  • Check-in time matches the current guest policy.
  • Check-out time matches the current guest policy.
  • Services linked to the property are complete and up to date.
  • Service rules and default service match the typical turnover work.
