Review turnovers for the day or week

Review turnovers for the day or week

  1. Open **Turnover Calendar** in DOP.
  2. Select the **Week** view or a custom date range covering the relevant operating days.
  3. If needed, filter by client, property, platform, or priority to narrow the view.
  4. Review the visible reservations and check any priority alerts or markers.
  5. Open the most urgent or high-priority reservations first (especially same-day turnovers).
  6. For each reservation, validate: property, client or property manager, platform, dates, estimated checkout, and priority.
  7. Check if there is already a job linked to that reservation.
  8. Generate a job from the reservation if one does not exist yet.

In vacation rental cleaning, **same-day** and **next-day** turnovers usually have less operational margin than flexible jobs.

By reviewing them first you can:

- Avoid last-minute conflicts between checkout, cleaning, and check-in. - Reduce the risk of guests arriving before the property is ready. - Use remaining time for flexible scheduling only after urgent work is secured.

Information to validate in each high-priority reservation

  • Property name and client or property manager.
  • Booking platform and reservation dates.
  • Estimated checkout time for the current guest.
  • Time and date of the next reservation, if visible, to understand the cleaning window.
  • Current priority status (same-day, next-day, or flexible scheduling).
  • Whether a job is already linked to the reservation.
