Opening Turnover Calendar and choosing a view

Open Turnover Calendar

Open Turnover Calendar

  1. Open **Turnover Calendar** from within DOP.
  2. Check the visible date range at the top or in the view controls.
  3. Select the **Month** view, **Week** view, or a custom date range depending on your operation.
  4. Confirm that all expected properties appear in the calendar rows.
  5. Review the counts of visible properties, reservations, and platforms if they are displayed.
  6. Clear any active filters if information is not appearing as expected.

The main Turnover Calendar screen organizes information as follows:

- **Rows**: Each row corresponds to a property. - **Columns**: Each column corresponds to a day. - **Reservation bars**: Each reservation appears as a bar within its corresponding property row.

You can adjust the view to match your planning horizon:

- Use **Month** view to review the entire month. - Use **Week** view to focus on the current operational week. - Use a **custom date range** to inspect specific periods.

You can also:

- Move forward or backward in the calendar to review different periods. - Return to the current period when needed. - Hide properties without reservations to clean up the view. - Clear filters to go back to the overall view across properties.

Things to verify when the calendar view looks wrong

  • Check if the correct view is selected (Month, Week, or custom range).
  • Confirm the current date range really includes the days you expect to see.
  • Make sure filters are not hiding properties, platforms, or priorities you need.
  • If properties without bookings are hidden, unhide them if you expect to see them anyway.
  • If data still looks wrong after checks, escalate to DOP support.
