Daily and weekly operational routine
Daily routine with Turnover Calendar
Daily routine with Turnover Calendar
- Open the **Week** view or the most relevant date range at the start of the operating day.
- If you work by client or portfolio, filter by client or property manager as needed.
- Identify **same-day turnovers** and reservations marked with **high priority**.
- Open each urgent reservation and validate checkout time, existing jobs, and services.
- If there is no job, generate a job directly from the reservation.
- Confirm job date, start time, end time (if applicable), and service segments before saving.
- Review any conflict alerts before operating (for example, overlaps with other work or tight windows).
- Use the property panel when needed to validate check-in/check-out schedules, services, and rules.
- If a property or reservation is missing, review and update booking links for that property.
On a weekly basis, use Turnover Calendar to look beyond the current day:
- Review the entire week in **Week** view. - Identify **next-day turnovers** and any work with **flexible scheduling**. - Confirm that newly added properties have booking links configured so their reservations appear. - Check for reservations that still do not have a job associated and plan job creation in advance.
This weekly routine reduces surprises and manual last-minute planning.
Good practices for ongoing use
- Open and review Turnover Calendar at the start of every operating day.
- Prioritize same-day and next-day turnovers before flexible work.
- Check that job times respect checkout and the next reservation’s check-in or arrival window.
- Keep property check-in and check-out times up to date to improve cleaning window accuracy.
- Verify that default service and segments match what should be done at each property.
- Review new properties to confirm they have booking links configured.
- Clear filters when a property or reservation does not appear as expected.
- Escalate to DOP support if issues persist after validating data, links, and filters.
