Building a routine with Turnover Calendar
Daily operational routine using Turnover Calendar
Daily operational routine using Turnover Calendar
- Open the Week view or the relevant date range for your operation.
- If you work for a specific property manager or portfolio, filter by client or property.
- Review all same-day turnovers and reservations with high priority.
- Open each urgent reservation to validate checkout time, existing job, and services.
- Generate a job from the reservation when a job does not exist yet.
- Confirm job date, start time, end time, and service segments before saving.
- Review any conflict alerts before sending the job to the field team or continuing planning.
- Use the property panel to validate schedules, services, and rules when something looks off.
- Update booking links if a property or reservation does not appear as expected in the calendar.
On a weekly basis, use Turnover Calendar to review the entire upcoming week. During this review:
- Detect next-day turnovers and jobs with flexible scheduling so you can plan capacity.
- Confirm that new properties have booking links configured so reservations will appear.
- Review reservations that do not yet have an associated job and plan when those jobs should be created.
Maintaining this weekly routine reduces last-minute surprises and improves coordination across cleaning teams and property managers.
Routine quality checks
- Same-day and next-day turnovers are identified and reviewed first.
- Jobs exist for all urgent turnovers, or there is a clear plan to create them.
- Property schedules (check-in and check-out) look realistic for the operations team.
- New properties appear in the calendar with reservations from expected platforms.
- No filters are accidentally hiding important properties or reservations.
