- Property.
- Priority.
- Default service from the property’s service rule.
- Selected segments.
- Reservation identifier.
- Reservation title and dates.
Before confirming, always review the checkout time of the current reservation and the time of the next reservation so you do not schedule the cleaning outside the operational window between guest stays.
Before you confirm the job
- Checkout date and time match the reservation details.
- The next reservation’s arrival time has been checked for conflicts.
- The start time gives the team enough time to clean before the next check-in.
- The end time reflects the realistic duration of the service.
- The correct default service is applied for this property.
- Required service segments (such as laundry or restock) are selected.
- The job priority reflects the urgency of this turnover (for example same-day).
