Reviewing today’s and this week’s turnovers
Review turnovers for a day or week
Review turnovers for a day or week
- Open Turnover Calendar in DOP.
- Select the Week view or a relevant custom date range.
- Filter by client, property, platform, or priority when it is useful for your review.
- Review the visible reservations and any priority alerts.
- Open urgent or high-priority reservations first.
- Validate property, client or property manager, platform, dates, estimated checkout, and priority for each key reservation.
- Check whether a job already exists for the reservation.
- Generate a job if one does not exist yet.
For vacation rental cleaning services, it is recommended to review same-day turnovers and next-day turnovers first because they have less operational margin.
Same-day turnovers generally require high priority because there are only a few hours to turn the property. Next-day turnovers still affect tomorrow’s schedule and should be confirmed before flexible-scheduling work so the team does not miss critical deadlines.
Checks before starting the day
- Have you opened the Week view or the right custom date range for today’s operations?
- Did you apply filters by client or property only if they help focus, and clear them when you are done?
- Have you identified all same-day turnovers?
- Have you identified next-day turnovers that affect tomorrow’s capacity?
- For each urgent reservation, did you check if a job already exists or needs to be created?
