Manage services and service rules for a property

  1. Click on the property in the calendar.
  2. Open the property panel.
  3. Review the services section associated with the property.
  4. Add, edit, or remove services as needed for this property.
  5. Complete or update the service name, duration, amount, description, and category.
  6. Confirm the changes so they take effect.
  7. Review the property’s service rule.
  8. Choose a default service that should apply to turnovers for this property.
  9. Add additional segments when they apply, such as laundry or restock.
  10. Save the service rule so new jobs use the correct configuration.

Service rules standardize what must be done for each property. They speed up job generation and help ensure that every turnover includes the correct segments. With clear default services and well-defined segments, coordinators can generate accurate jobs quickly without manually re-selecting tasks each time.

Service configuration checks

  • Each property has at least one valid service configured with realistic duration and amount.
  • The default service reflects the typical turnover work for that property.
  • Optional segments are configured only when they are offered and needed.
  • Service descriptions and categories are clear enough for the operations team to understand.
