What does Same Day Turnover mean? A Same Day Turnover is a reservation where checkout and the next check-in occur on the same day or within a very short window. It usually requires high priority because the team has only a few hours to prepare the property.

What does Flexible Scheduling mean? Flexible Scheduling is a turnover with more operational margin or without an immediate next reservation detected. It can be scheduled more flexibly than a same-day turnover.

What is the difference between a reservation and a job? The reservation comes from the platform’s calendar. The job is the operational work inside DOP that is created, assigned, and managed so the cleaning can be executed.

Can I add multiple platforms to a single property? Yes. The links modal allows you to add multiple booking links with platform and calendar link for the same property.

Does the calendar automatically assign cleaning staff? No. The module helps detect turnovers and generate jobs, but automatic staff assignment does not appear as current functionality in the guide.

Does the calendar send automatic notifications? The guide explicitly indicates you should not assume this. It does not include automatic notifications sent directly to cleaners or clients.

What should I be able to do after learning Turnover Calendar? You should be able to move from a visible reservation on the calendar to an operational job in DOP, reviewing priority, schedules, services, and property rules so that each turnover is executed at the right time with the right scope.
