Opening and understanding the Turnover Calendar

Open Turnover Calendar

  1. Open Turnover Calendar from within DOP.
  2. Review the visible date range on the calendar.
  3. Choose the Month view, Week view, or a custom date range depending on your operation.
  4. Confirm that the expected properties appear on the calendar.
  5. Review the counts of properties, reservations, and platforms currently visible.
  6. Clear any active filters if the information does not appear as expected.

The main Turnover Calendar screen shows properties as rows and days as columns. Each reservation appears as a bar within the corresponding property row.

You can:

  • Month view: Review the full month to see broader patterns and planning.
  • Week view: Focus on the operational week where your team will work.
  • Custom range: Review specific dates for targeted checks.

You can move forward or backward in the calendar to review different periods and return to the current period when needed. There is also an option to hide properties without reservations to simplify the view and clear filters to return to the general view.

Filters help you review operations by property, client, address, reservation, platform, or priority.

For example:

  • A supervisor can see only the properties of a specific client.
  • A coordinator can focus on a given platform.
  • The field team can review only high-priority turnovers.

Using filters correctly helps reduce noise and focus on the reservations that matter for the current shift or day.
