Review and adjust a property from the calendar

  1. Click on the property within Turnover Calendar.
  2. Open the property panel.
  3. Review the property name, client, type, and address.
  4. Use the map or link to Google Maps if you need to validate the location.
  5. Review the check-in and check-out schedules for the property.
  6. Review associated services and service rules for the property.
  7. Navigate to the full property or client profile in DOP if you need more information.
  8. Update check-in and check-out schedules when they change.
  9. Save or synchronize the changes according to the available option.
  10. Return to the calendar and confirm that the cleaning window now looks correct.

Keeping check-in and check-out times updated improves the accuracy of the cleaning window, reduces operational errors, and helps you estimate the real time between guest departure and arrival. This directly affects whether a job can realistically be completed before the next guest checks in.

  • Check-in and check-out times are correct for the property’s current policies.
  • The address and map link accurately reflect the property’s location.
  • Default services and segments match what should be done on each turnover.
  • The client or property manager information is accurate so coordination is easier.
