Review and adjust a property from the calendar
- Click on the property within Turnover Calendar.
- Open the property panel.
- Review the property name, client, type, and address.
- Use the map or link to Google Maps if you need to validate the location.
- Review the check-in and check-out schedules for the property.
- Review associated services and service rules for the property.
- Navigate to the full property or client profile in DOP if you need more information.
- Update check-in and check-out schedules when they change.
- Save or synchronize the changes according to the available option.
- Return to the calendar and confirm that the cleaning window now looks correct.
Keeping check-in and check-out times updated improves the accuracy of the cleaning window, reduces operational errors, and helps you estimate the real time between guest departure and arrival. This directly affects whether a job can realistically be completed before the next guest checks in.
