Add a property to the Turnover Calendar

Add a property to the Turnover Calendar

  1. Open the option Add Property to Calendar in Turnover Calendar.
  2. Search for and select the property you want to add.
  3. Add at least one booking link for the property.
  4. Specify the platform and the calendar link for the booking link.
  5. Save the changes.
  6. Refresh or verify that the property now appears on the calendar.

Edit booking links for an existing property

  1. Locate the property in the calendar.
  2. Open the option Set Property Links or equivalent link management.
  3. Review the property’s current links.
  4. Add, edit, remove, or undo changes to booking links as needed.
  5. Save the updated links.
  6. Review the calendar to confirm that reservations are now reflected correctly for that property.

Booking links connect properties in DOP with external reservation platforms. Without at least one booking link, a property will not show reservations in the Turnover Calendar. When links are correct, the calendar can display reservations from multiple platforms and reduce manual review and data entry.

Booking link best practices

  • Every property that should display reservations has at least one booking link configured.
  • For each booking link, the platform and calendar link are set correctly.
  • When a property’s reservations do not appear, you verify booking links before assuming other issues.
  • After editing links, you confirm that the expected reservations appear in the correct date ranges.
