How the Subscription Wizard Works

The Subscription Wizard is the process used when a new Owner activates a free trial or subscribes to a paid plan. It creates: Your Owner Panel Your company Your initial plan Your Owner username You can start the wizard from: Home page → Start Free Trial Pricing page → Choose Plan Login page → Create one If you came through Choose Plan, the wizard automatically highlights the plan you selected.

Initial Company Setup DOP | Step by Step Onboarding Guide

Step 1 — Owner Panel Information

You will enter:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Company name
  • Email
  • Phone number

Email verification (mandatory)

You must click Verify, then enter the code sent to your email.

If you don’t see it:

  • Check spam folder
  • Request a new code

Once verified, the Next button unlocks.

Step 2 — Select Your Plan

You will see:

  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum

If you selected a plan earlier, it will show as pre-selected.
If not, DOP defaults to Gold, and you may change it.

You can compare features before proceeding.

Step 3 — Confirm Your Subscription

Here you review:

  • Your personal info
  • Company info
  • Selected plan
  • Monthly price
  • Trial days included (if applicable)

You must check:

I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Then click Confirm.

After Confirmation

DOP will:

  • Create your Owner Panel
  • Create your username
  • Activate your plan
  • Send a confirmation email with:
    • Plan details
    • Username
    • Trial information
    • Access button

A success popup appears:

Success! Your subscription has been confirmed.

You may click:

👉 Go to My Profile

This takes you directly to your Owner Panel.

Logging In After Activation

If you closed the browser or lost the success popup:

  1. Open your email
  2. Click Access Platform
  3. Log in using your username
  4. Toggle Are you an Owner? → ON
  5. Enter the verification code

You’ll be taken to your Owner Panel.

You are now ready to begin onboarding your company.
